The main house is 200 square meters wide consisting of two floors. On the ground floor there is a large bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and direct access to a private porch with wonderful views of the garden and the sea. The same floor features a spacious and tastefully decorated living room area with a fireplace and a very generous indoors dining area with a large wooden table that comfortably seats up to 10 guests. Both these areas are evenly spread in terms of space and interconnected with a stone-decorated horseshoe arch, while the dining area has a communicating pass with a fully equipped kitchen and it also grants direct access to the swimming pool area and the outdoors lounges.

The upper floor comprises the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom and another two additional bedrooms, one with a mezzanine that may sleep up to four guests and a third bedroom with a single bed. There is a shared bathroom available for the latter two bedrooms while all of them enjoy the same fantastic view as they all have access to a large veranda with bamboo chairs and couches. In addition, a fourth bedroom with a built double bed is located at the villa's guest house, fully independent with an en-suite bathroom, a built couch, a well equipped kitchenette and air conditioning.

In terms of outdoors, Villa Myraida is literally blessed with space and comfort. The large and private infinity swimming pool is truly a sight for sore eyes with loungers available to enjoy the sun and exquisite panoramic seaviews. Right next to the pool and in front of the house there is a comfy and stylish outdoors lounge area, ideal for evening cocktails by the pool as well as an additional area with a large marble outdoors dining table, a built corner couch and wooden benches that comfortably seat up to 12 guests. Both areas are fully protected under the shades of wooden pergolas while close-by, there is also a beautiful built-in-the-stone woodfire BBQ.

Kindly note that the aforementioned amount is payable in cash locally and it will be refunded in full at the end of your stay upon the property inspection and Check-Out procedure. Alternatively, the security deposit may also be paid to your agent, refundable as above.
