Wood and stone being the dominant elements throughout the house with a traditional triangular wooden ceiling typical of Skiathos architecture, wooden floors and stone-built walls, Folia Beach House will instantly embrace you in its home-like spirit upon entrance.
Simply beautiful from every aspect, in terms of interior configuration the villa features one very spacious master bedroom with a double bed, A/C and direct access to the outdoors terrace. On the same area, there is also a large L-shaped couch with remarkable views from the balcony door while the whole area is bathed in natural daylight. The second bedroom of the house features another double bed and A/C, while there is also a sofa bed that can easily turn into a full-sized bed. There is also a small but very functional and well-equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom with a shower.
In terms of outdoors, the villa is truly blessed with remarkable and uninterrupted 180 views of the Aegean Sea and the blue horizon that are best enjoyed with a glass of wine in hand while relaxing in your outdoors seating area under the shade of the pine trees.
