In terms of internal configuration, the villa comprises two levels.
On the first level, the villa's main entrance door leads to a spacious living room with direct access to the swimming pool area through the large balcony doors. On the same level there is a wood decorated, fully equipped and large kitchen area with all modern appliances and a wide kitchen bench with wooden bar stools for guests to enjoy breakfast before a long day of sunbathing by their private swimming pool. For guests who prefer to enjoy lunch or dinner indoors at the privacy of their own villa, there is a beautiful indoors dining table made of soft beech wood that comfortably seats up to 6 guests. In addition, the same level features a guest bathroom with a shower while it also grants access to a large balcony with uninterrupted panoramic views of the Aegean Sea, Skiathos Town and the surrounding islands.

A built winding staircase by the living room leads downstairs to the lower level where all the villa's bedrooms are located. On your right-hand side, there is the master bedroom with a double bed and right across on the opposite side, there is a second bedroom also with a double bed. In between those two bedrooms, there is an additional bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms are bathed in natural daylight, they feature A/C, closets for clothing storage purposes while they also grant direct access to the villa's front outdoors terrace. On the same level, there is also one large bathroom with bathtub and Jacuzzi.

In terms of outdoors, the villa features a large oval-shaped private swimming pool with a shallow part separated especially for small children. All around in the swimming pool area there are TEAK quality sun loungers and umbrellas while there is also an outdoors built bar covered with a pergola. The built staircase on the side leads down to a very spacious brick-covered front terrace ideal for an evening glass of wine admiring the view of Skiathos Town by night. The villa is surrounded by a large garden with flowers and local trees while there is also private parking space available inside the property's very entrance.
