Enclosed by a traditional built stone-wall, your main entrance to the property is made through a heavy duty security gate where the private parking area is located. The main house of the property comprises two levels with an overall size of 260 m2.

The ground floor level features two master bedrooms with king-size double beds, A/C and En-Suite bathrooms with shower. In addition, a very spacious living room area, an open plan and fully equipped modern kitchen and the indoors dining have all been thoughtfully placed on the same level, all of them granting direct access to the outdoors sitting and the swimming pool area.

The main house's lower floor level consists of two additional bedrooms, one with a king-size double bed and the second with two queen-size beds. A/C is featured in both bedrooms while they also share a very spacious bathroom with separate shower and WC area. With a 118 m2 of total space, the lower level also features a play room with LCD TV, Satellite Connection and a DVD player.

At a mere 20 meters distance from the main house, the villa features a luxurious and fully independent guest house with a king-size double bed, En-Suite bathroom with shower and A/C, while there are also a small kitchenette and a sitting area with access to a large veranda with stunning views and complete privacy.

In terms of outdoors, Aegean Blue Villa features a private infinity swimming pool with a unique orientation that offers astonishing seaviews while the swimming pool area itself extends on a spacious terrace of 280 m2. The outdoors premises also include a wood-fire BBQ area, a shower by the pool, a large shaded dining table that comfortably seats up to 16 guests and a sitting area that features a stone-built couch with pillows and sun loungers ideal for relaxation.

Your Villa Security Deposit: EUR 2.000
Kindly note that the aforementioned amount is payable in cash locally and it will be refunded in full at the end of your stay upon the property inspection and Check-Out procedure. Alternatively, the security deposit may also be paid to your agent, refundable as above.
We regret to inform you that Credit Card payments for the security deposit cannot be accepted for the time being.
