Unfolding in 540m² of total surface, the villa comprises two floors.
Upon entrance, the guest is found before a very spacious and ultra-private swimming pool area embraced by mighty walls of stone that surround the property. A large outdoors terrace expands right next to the swimming pool with plenty of outdoors seating space and sun loungers to relax under the shade of the trees in the calm of a flower-decorated yard.

The first floor is divided in two wings, constituting in essence the main part of the house. The first wing features a very spacious living room area, a modernly equipped American kitchen with an indoors dining that comfortably seats 10 guests, an office fully equipped with modern facilities and one of the villa's five bedrooms to feature an en-suite bathroom. Another bedroom is found on the villa's second wing on the opposite side, while the two wings communicate between them through a corridor with glass-covered arch windows. The first floor's configuration is completed with an outdoors hot tub jacuzzi area right next to the living room area.

The second floor of the villa is also divided in two wings, one being the wing of bedrooms while on the second wing there is a vast outdoors terrace with sun loungers, a shaded outdoors seating area and remarkable views of the Cretan Sea and the surrounding area. On the bedrooms' wing, there are two bedrooms with double beds, an additional bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms with bathtubs.

Kindly note that the aforementioned amount is payable in cash locally and it will be refunded in full at the end of your stay upon the property inspection and Check-Out procedure. Alternatively, the security deposit may also be paid to your agent, refundable as above.
