Elegantly furnished and decorated throughout, the villa's interior comprises two floors. On the ground floor, there is a bright living room area with a brownish marble-like floor and a classic style furnishing. Two vertical windows allow natural daylight to penetrate, revealing the rocky element after which the property was named. A wooden screen has been placed to create room for an additional guest bedroom with a single bed, A/C and a bathroom with shower. Both the living room and the additional bedroom have direct access to the swimming pool. Right across the living room area there is a modern, fully equipped and spacious kitchen with direct access to the swimming pool area, making it easy for guests to enjoy indoors and outdoors dining.

A built internal staircase leads upstairs to the cozy mezzanine-like master bedroom with a king size double bed, en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi and air conditioning. Next to the master bedroom, continuing at the stairs on the right, there is a beautiful corner set high above inside the house with a fantastic panoramic view from the large windows, an ideal spot for a good book and a glass of wine. In addition, access is granted through the villa to the terrace above for endless views of the Aegean Sea that reach as far as the island of Evia.
