Even though a part of a four villa complex, nevertheless Villa Ouranos offers full independence and privacy with a parking space of its own and a large private swimming pool with loungers ideal for precious and relaxing days under the sun at the very comfort of your private luxury villa. Guests may also choose to enjoy their breakfast or lunch under the shade of a wooden pergola at their villa's spacious and very well-thought private outdoors areas.

At its interior, the villa comprises two floors with the ground floor featuring a delightful living room area and a tastefully decorated and modernly equipped kitchen. An internal wooden staircase leads to the villa's upper floor where the two bedrooms are located. Both bedrooms have king size double beds, en-suite bathrooms with jacuzzi and air-conditioning while they both offer access to their own individual balcony sharing the same fantastic seaview.

Wonderfully orientated with panoramic views of the Aegean Sea that reach as far as the island of Evia, Villa Ouranos holds a fine little secret carefully designed to reveal the true meaning of its greek name. On the staircase leading to the upper floor entering guests will not fail to notice the glass-covered area found on the ceiling and the front wall, making this the villa's very own window to the open summer "Ouranos".

Your Minimum Stay at the Villa:
1 week at all times (unless otherwise has been agreed between us during the booking procedure).

Your Villa Security Deposit: EUR 1000
Kindly note that the aforementioned amount is payable in cash locally and it will be refunded in full at the end of your stay upon the property inspection and Check-Out procedure. Alternatively, the security deposit may also be paid to your agent, refundable as above.
We regret to inform you that Credit Card payments for the security deposit cannot be accepted for the time being.
